Another one of our primary objectives is to provide our employees with a work environment that is professionally challenging and rewarding while enabling them to pursue their personal and civic interests. We believe that well-rounded people are a strength to any organization; ours is no exception. BSGM people have diverse backgrounds and experiences, have been college athletes, have completed Ironman triathlons around the world, have served in the Armed Forces and have been involved in other professions.This broad range of backgrounds, interests and knowledge makes BSGM an interesting and exciting place to work.

Trey Rowe
Trey grew up in Amarillo, TX and graduated from Amarillo High School. He attended Texas Tech University and graduated Cum Laude with his Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in 1999 and also earned his Master of Science in Accounting Degree. In 2002, Trey earned his CPA certificate in the state of Texas.

Trey's hobbies mainly include playing with his 3 children (Dustin, Bryan & Jadyn) and spending time with his beautiful wife, Elisha. He enjoys participating as mush as possible with his kids' school activities and sporting events, as well as, swimming and just having fun. He also enjoys golfing and traveling on occasion.

God and family come first in Trey's life.
He is a member of the finance committee at his church (St. Luke's UMC) and enjoys participating in church activities.

Matt Willis
Matt is a native of Comanche, Texas where he attended Comanche High School and graduated in 1991. He received his degree from Texas Tech University in 1995

Matt joined Bolinger, Segars, Gilbert & Moss soon after graduating from Tech and his duties include the preparation of income tax returns for individuals, business partnerships and non-profit entities.

Matt enjoys golf, water skiing, and all Texas Tech sporting events. When asked which four people he would most like to spend an evening with, Matt said, his father and grandfather, Bobby Knight, and Elvis. One thing his co-workers may not know about Matt - he's an only child.

Nathan Paden
Nathan Paden is a partner in the CPA firm Bolinger, Segars, Gilbert & Moss, L.L.P. and has worked there since graduating from Lubbock Christian University in 1990.

Cathy Paden teaches 10th grade world history at Lubbock Cooper ISD. She graduated from Lubbock Christian University in 1992.

Obviously, Nathan's hobby (obsession) is saltwater reef aquariums. Other interests include an occasional game of golf and hunting and fishing any time he can get back to Montana where he grew up.

Cathy's passion is running. She has completed 5 marathons and numerous other races as well. She used to coach high school track and cross country and still does on a volunter basis.

Nathan and Cathy both attend South Plains Church of Christ and are actively involved there. They help out with the college ministry there and Nathan also leads singng on Sunday nights at the Slaton Church of Christ.

Robert Cobb
Robert was born in Downey, California. He resided in southern California until 1976 when he moved to Lubbock to attend college. He played basketball at Lubbock Christian University for a brief period of time, and completed his degree in 1979.

After graduation he began working for BSGM and married Lisa Potts in 1981. Robert and Lisa have two children, Josh who will begin his college career at UT Austin in August 2003, and Allison who will be a junior at Lubbock Monterey in 2003-2004.

Robert's hobbies are golf, travel, and reading. Some of his favorite authors are Larry McMurty, Nelson Demille, Tom Clancy, Dan Jenkins, and James Michener. He also enjoys fishing and bird hunting.

Robert's ideal dinner party would include the following four guests: Moses of Biblical times; Cochise, the great Indian Leader; Dwight D. Eisenhower, historic General and U.S. President; Arnold Palmer, the greatest ''common man'' golfer
It would be interesting to listen to the insights of these great leaders from different times and differing walks of life.

Marcia McWhorter
Marcia is a native of the Lubbock area and a graduate of Texas Tech University. She has been affiliated with BSGM for many years and joined the firm on a full time basis in May 2003.

Marcia has two boys, Luke and Ben. Luke will be attending Texas Tech University in the fall and Ben will be attending Monterey High School. Both of her boys are active in school activities, from band to soccer to student council and have excelled in academics.

Even though Marcia's boys have kept her busy through the years, she has developed many interests. She loves the creativity of making jewelry and making her own glass, beads for her jewelry. She has always had some project going on from decorative painting to woodworking. At one time, she had a booth at the Old Mill Trade Days in Post and participated in many of the craft shows in the area.

Randy Robbins
Randy was born and raised in Lubbock, Texas. He graduated from Monterey High School in 1987 where he played baseball for three years and was district MVP in 1986 and 1987. He played baseball at Lubbock Christian University for 4 years and participated in the NAIA World Series in 1991 while playing for LCU. Randy received the L.D. Hays award from LCU in 1991 and he graduated there in May 1991.

His hobbies include watching and playing all types of sports, collecting baseball memorabilia and playing with his 6 and 3 year old boys.

Randy currently serves on the board of directors of My Father's House, Lubbock. He is a member of Broadway Church of Christ where he serves on the finance committee. Randy and his wife are also involved in Christ in Action university ministries and Sunshine Preschool.

At BSGM, Randy works in the electric utility, credit unions and not-for-profit industries in the audit department. Additionally, he is involved in performing fraud investigations, accounting assistance and presentations to employees and other groups.

Randy anticipates remaining in Lubbock with his beautiful wife, Holly, and their two wonderful boys, Reagan and Riley.

Steve Dawson
Steve enjoys all types of water sports including boating, water skiing, and fishing. He also likes home remodeling.

Steve is an Audit partner with Bolinger, Segars, Gilbert & Moss where his duties include personnel administration and scheduling. He is also on the fraud examination of the Executive Commity His main focus for the company is Audit Process Development.

Clay Adrian
Clay calls Lockney, Texas his hometown and he graduated from LHS. He attended Texas Tech University where he grew to appreciate the sport of "tailgating." He also enjoys golf and playing the guitar. Clay said four people he would invite to a dinner party would be Jimmy Buffet, Willie Nelson, Al Pacino, and Sam Elliott, because he would like to have a beer with these guys.

Clay is a tax manager with BSG&M.
